Welcome to our website!
The Gloucester Branch of the Australian Stock Horse Society is situated in Gloucester NSW. We have over 60 members who are active in a wide range of sports and activities including campdraft, polocrosse, and showing just to name a few.
We hold regular events which include training days, Clinics, fun days and trail rides. Visitors and new members are always welcome, so come along, have fun and enjoy the unique animal that is the Australian Stock Horse.
The Gloucester District is the birthplace of Radium, one of the most influential sires in stock horse history. The region has a long and successful association with the Australian Stock Horse for both work and recreational activities. Even today the Australian Stock Horse remains an important part of the day to day operations of many of the grazing operations in our district. On the following pages you will find interesting articles on the people, places and horses that shaped our district and our breed.
